Bought to replace a standard "on/off" switch in our kitchen as led lights can be a little harsh. Pleasantly surprised by the quality and ease of fitting. Instructions were clear enough, though I'd suggest taking a pic of the wiring of your old switch before disconnecting to avoid any issues. Went straight into the old fitting (narrow partition stud wall). I took the precaution of getting dimmable bulbs first (also from Amazon) to avoid flicker (none at all). Used to control a four bulb unit and works flawlessly from almost zero to full brightness. Some people have said the backlight isn't bright enough. Sure, not very bright during the day, but ample in darkness. These people must have struggled to find an ordinary, non-backlit switch or wouldn't be making these comments. Very happy with purchase, would definitely buy from them again, highly recommended.

This is simply a must have. Sets the wall off lovely. Something so simple but effective. Worth every penny.

Product was pretty easy to install and the instructions are OK. I used this dimmer for a chandelier with multiple LED lights, so I did not need the supplied LED adaptor as combined, it took the lights way past the minimum 4w power requirements for the dimmer to work properly.The hardest part to fitting the dimmer was pushing the faceplate onto the bracket. I honestly thought it was going to break whilst trying to click it into place, but it eventually clicked into place. This is why it got 4 instead of 5 stars on installation. May of just been me though.The Dimmer itself works well and looks cool and modern. It WILL take you a while to get used to how it works though. Being touch sensitive, it has a few quirks, such as if you long touch the sensor it will start to grow dimmer or brighter, but this is a learning curve, not a product fault as you must learn to just lightly and quickly touch the sensor for it to turn on at the previous "memorised" setting. You'll get used to it eventually.Overall, I like this switch and it looks and feels good quality.

Nice switches butt very fiddly for my Sparky butt apart from that works well and look amazing on my wall

Doesn’t work properly, my led lights are flashing. They supplied small led adapter to prevent it but if you have light’s hidden in the sealing and no access to transformer forget it. Installed this led adapter next to the switch but still flashing. Not recommended for leds and quite expensive .

The media could not be loaded. 1 gang 1 way is a Great quality product. Well packaged. Easy to install. Just make sure you read the instructions and DON'T touch the switch pad until the glass panel is installed.The 1 gang 2 way was a nightmare. I bought two. The black section containing the terminals would not seat into the metal plate as per instructions nor if you reverse the plate. Sent those items back. No such hassle with the 1,gang 1 way kit.If your back box is less than 30mm depth use a "Spacer" Which are the 10mm clear plastic sections in the images. This means you don't need to chisel out and replace a back box less the 35mm in depth. The switch is all white in colour and 9mm depth.

3 stars as before it broke in less than a year it worked well and looked good. Yesterday one of the bulbs it controlled blew which happens unfortunately though the dimmer switch stopped working. I can't believe a bulb blowing should effect the light switch.

Very easy to install and looks very smart. I was concerned that you might have to be very accurate with placing the finger on the plate to operate the switch, but my fears were unfounded. The back-printed symbol glows blue in the dark to aid locating the switch and the face is bare, polished glass to make cleaning very easy.One word of warning - if you haven't got a full 25mm depth box in the wall, you may need a spacing pattress to go between the switch plate and the wall, as the electronic switch block of the device is quite chunky.
