Very pretty tree. First flocked tree I’ve had. Decorated with blue, white, and silver balls and Hanukkah topper bow for Hanukkah. Lights really gave it a soft look…many compliments!!! It was messy putting it up because flocking fell on floor (expected). Didn’t take tree down…covered it with plastic and is sitting in garage for next Hanukkah! It would be really messy if you tried to put it back in box…glad I didn’t!!

I have NEVER been a fake tree person, but when moving to FL I decided to embrace it to avoid critters in the house... I went on a deep internet dive to find a tall fat tree similar to the real ones I used to get for Christmas. I kept finding slim and short trees until on a random amazon search we came across this beauty and it is the most " me" tree I have ever seen in my whole life.I thought for sure it was too good to be true when it said 9 feet tall and 5 feet wide but it arrived and was too wide for the space I originally set up for it 🤣 I rearranged my whole living room and then got to work assembling and fluffing. When I was finished fluffing I still had to bend up a few of the bottom branches and smush it into the corner of the room next to the couch because my husband wouldn't let me re mount the TV on the other side of the room to rearrange again!The color is such a gorgeous bubblegum pink and the white flocking just makes it look so much more beautiful. I had to replace a couple of bulbs but once I did that the entire tree lit up beautiful and bright. It is better than I could have imagined. Not only is it full and without spaces between the branches when completely fluffed, but each branch is sturdy and able to hold even our heavy ornaments that usually end up on a shelf instead of the tree! It is so much prettier in person, which blew away my expectations! We are so happy with this purchase and LOVE our new pink christmas tree!!

Love Love Love this tree. They have became so popular and this one was no different. It can be messy, flocking out and while decorating but it was so worth it. The color and thickness on it is great. The kids loved helping to decorate this one. I will be using this tree for Christmas this year.

This tree is perfect. Good quality and sturdy. You will just love it.. I just wish it had the scent of live tree

Bought for my baby girl born 12/28 we’ve used for 2 Christmas now. Easy to assemble 3 parts. Lights work. The “powdered snow” does shed so you have to vacuum/sweep. I love the dark blue ornaments as contrast.

I love this Christmas tree, have used it for two years now and has held up really well. Super fluffy and easy to assemble.

The tree is beyond what i expected it to be. I had a NYE party and received so many compliments on how tall and full the tree was. After many years of having only real trees for Christmas, I am happy with my decision to change it up. It should also be noted how easy it was to set up and put away after the holidays were over!

I honestly am shocked by the number of 4 & 5 star reviews for this tree. It is a 2-star tree at best, and those two stars are only because of the pricepoint and the customer service (more on that later). I can only surmise that many of these people either bought pink trees - which they didn't expect to look realistic anyway - or didn't grow up around real pines and firs so their expectations were lower. Anyhow, let's break this down a little.Here's where this tree lost stars (Negatives)1) The flocking is horribly fakey and inconsistently applied. This may look better in white flocking, where you know going into it that the snow is fake? But in solid green this is horrible. It looks like a toddler was let loose with a spray gun, the flocking is thick and extremely fakey looking. To make matters worse, it is inconsistently applied and some branches have little to no flocking on them.2) The color is atrocious. As you can see in the photos, the unflocked branches are a normal pine green, The flocking color however is a bright green, more of a Kelly Green than a pine color. Our adult daughter is home for Christmas and even she couldn't resist commenting on the color and flocking being horrible.3) There are large gaps in between sections, especially on the bottom third of the tree. There simply aren't enough branch sections to fill in, and the individual fir sections are not long enough to meet or cover the gaps. You can't see it in my photos because we used silk flowers, and artifical sprays and stems to fill in most of the gaps. But with normal decorations the spaces between each section of branches was large (3-6" of just air between each two sets of branches at the bottom of the tree.)4) The lights are nice but there aren't enough of them, so they aren't very bright. You could add additional lights but that would honestly defeat the purpose of having a pre-lit tree. Most of the lights fortunately are toward the outside of the tree, it would just look a lot better if there were another few strands of lights in there.5) It ships in two boxes, but these shipped separately. They both arrived - eventually - but the first box arrived on a Wednesday and the notification said that my package was delivered. Not "partially delivered" but delivered. This caused a major panic when we opened the tree and realized we only had the top part of the tree. Note: this is where their customer service earned a star!6) The tree top is very flimsy. We tried to attach our normal tree topper (which we have used for years on a 12' tree) and the top literally bent over and the star laid down at an angle on the upper branches. Dug through the boxes and found an aluminum lightweight star that worked, but we've had multiple artificial trees and never had this problem with that tree topper.Positives for this tree:1) I sent a message through Amazon to the seller, as I was panicking thinking they had only sent one half of the tree (or worse, the other half was lost!) This was on a weekend in the US. By Monday morning, I had a response from the seller saying the other box had shipped separately and would be delivered that day. Nice response time from their Customer Service department.2) The price was right for a 9 foot tree. It wasn't the lowest priced tree but we had a really nice 12' tree that unfortunately would not fit in our new home with 10' ceilings. We had just moved into this home late summer so by the time we realized our existing tree wouldn't fit there weren't a lot of affordable options availble that would arrive on time. This one fit the bill and the reviews were very positive (again, not sure why but we grew up around pines and firs so maybe expecting a tree to look at least somewhat like a real tree was an unfair expectation?)3) Bonus point rounding up to two stars is that they left an outlet at the top of the tree. So if you wanted to add lights or attach an electric tree topper you could - assuming you had one lightweight enough to stay upright.Neutral:1) The set up was very basic and not longer or shorter than our previous trees. And at least all of the lights work, at least as well as we could tell.2) It did shed quite a bit but the seller included paper (we just vacuumed under it immediately after setup, again after fluffing it up and again after decorating.) If you have young pets though you would want to be aware of the shedding aspect as it can't be good for them and possibly is toxic.Anyway - this was a very sad and expensive experiment for us. Yes, we have a tree and it got here in time. But even for the price we paid it's disappointing that we will probably end up donating this one and buying a new - UNFLOCKED - tree next fall. You really don't save a lot of money if you can't (or won't) use the same one more than one year. This one is unfortunately an embarrassment due to the bright green color, fakiness of the flocking and the insufficient lighting. Next time we will spend a little more to get a tree that lasts longer and looks more realistic.
