I LOVE these multivitamins! As someone who has always struggled with swallowing pills, finding a dissolvable vitamin that actually tastes good was always the goal!The berry flavor is pleasant and not overly sweet, and best of all --> they’re sugar-free, so I don’t feel like I’m taking candy in the name of health. They dissolve quickly and cleanly, no chalky residue or weird aftertaste.One bottle is a perfect 1-month supply, making it easy to stay on track.If you're looking for a hassle-free, effective multivitamin that actually tastes good and covers your iron needs --> this is it. Dissolves in your mouth, tastes pretty good. No problems swallowing. No stomach upset (although I space vitamins out and don't take on an empty stomach). I got these for my mother when she had difficulty swallowing - they wound up being the only vitamins she could routinely take without problems. Seem to be of high quality.

The best vitamin product I've found after searching and searching and searching! My husband had esophagectomy after chemo and radiation and had a more difficult time swallowing. He is also picky when it comes to flavors and cannot tolerate very strong flavors. Tried all kinds of Ensure (Clear, Plus, etc.)-all to no avail-those flavors were not acceptable for them and the volume was too high for him to take in, even though they do provide vitamins. So, I was looking for something that is easy to take in, has a tolerable flavor, is a concentrated form that has low volume and delivers the needed daily doses per National Institute of Health recommendations (i.e., something that does NOT give astronomically unnecessary vitamin contents, tens or hundreds of times above the recommended dietary allowance/RDA per day like so many vitamins on the market do!). I've also verified the RDAs and confirmed they accurately do not gie excess vitamin doses but just the right recommended daily dose. Due to the low food intake, limited flavor options, and harder time swallowing, this mild flavor option with its quick dissolve form is phenomenal!DO NOT LOOK FURTHER AND JUST BUY IT! These vitamins are terrific! I am a very fit woman with a healthy diet, but on my last checkup my doctor advised me to cut back on sugar intake. I don't eat a lot of sweets, but realized the vitamin and calcium gummies I was taking added up to over 14 grams of sugar daily (that is almost 4 teaspoons!). I can't swallow big pills easily so was thrilled to find these EZ Melts- they melt on your tongue, have no sugar, and the taste is good.I would give 5 stars except for the fact that these are pretty pricey- one bottle will last a month and they cost $22/bottle (my old vitamins cost half that price and would last for 2.5 months). A word to the manufacturer- please bring the price down a bit and you'll be able to sell a lot more volume!

I have Alpha-gal Syndrome, so I have to be very careful about what ingredients are in most everything I consume, including vitamins and supplements. These tablets are delicious and melt easily in my mouth! I am eager for my next lab draw to see if they have become effective at improving my levels. I am, at this point, a happy customer!

I have been taking these only for a few days, but I am very impressed.I bought them for my teenage son and I always try anything before my children to see how it feels or tastesI dont get the reviews about the flavor, it is fine, not sweet like candy, but this is not candy, and not horrid like chlorella.I have no problems taking these neither my picky son.Second they do dissolve fast. I am taking only one at the moment and since the 1st day I felt full of energy and very motivated and happy.I do take vitamins, I was taking b12 and d3 and omega 3 since I’m vegetarian but since I started these I stop the b12 and d3 because this one already has them.I’m super happy, also I had no problems with the bathroom business. And lastly my only down it’s the little burps I get after taking it for an hour or so, but I take them with hardly any breakfast, my son hasn’t notice any little burps. The burps taste like nuts, if you have been to Trader Joe’s they taste like sesame crunch sticks to be precise.So I’m very happy I hope they keep up.I think my daughter will start taking them when she turns 13.

I like these vitamins/supplements. They taste great when chewed, though the aftertaste does take a bit of getting used to (I thing it's the iron).These are a monthly Subscribe & Save item for me. Will continue to buy.
