Big thumbs up!! =)
So, since this item can't have the het off, the low is too low f you start with cold water, if you start with medium heat, it gets a little bit too hot... So you need to moderate a lot, although I still love it...the bubbles feel great!! So easy to use, love the remote control and the rollers. So easy to clean and store....

Great Space Saving Device
It is a great thing to soak our sore feet. We live in a RV, so space saving is a must - this fit the requirements.

Great product for achy feet!
When I opened the box I was pleasantly surprised that it was collapsible and was quite sturdy. I read the directions and set it up and slid my feet into it. I love the rollers on the bottom for me to rub my feet as I have just been diagnosed with neuropathy. I don't care for the pumice stone because it sits in the middle and you don't have a lot of room for it's use. The bubbles add a delightful feel to your aching feet and the temperature settings are awesome. It warms up pretty quickly and that is a pleasant feature. There is a timer setting on the remote but I haven't tried that yet. I sit here oozing into relaxation while writing this review. I think it's an excellent product for your foot needs and I recommend this for anyone. It is easy to use and does not require a lot of no how. I only gave it 4 stars because there isn't a 4.5 star option. I just didn't like the pumice stone!

Positive results for us!
Easy to set up and put away, my husband has Neuropathy in both legs and feet. I put Epson salts in the water and it has been showing some results. Don’t use it every day but so far he is enjoying the warmth, bubbles, and rollers. I feel it was a good bye for us.

Works Great
Have only used twice so far but it works great . Big enough for my size 12 feet with room to spare. The different heat settings are awesome too !!

It’s fine, not great.
The media could not be loaded. I just bought the Medical King foot spa and used it once. It is my first foot spa, so I have nothing to compare it to. I live in a cold climate and got it to help with Raynaud’s Syndrome. I initially used room temperature water to fill it. I felt like it took a while to heat up the water, so I will start with warmer water next time. I agree with other reviews that the water temperature gets very hot. Even on low, due to the location of the heating element, it is still very warm on the arches of my feet. I didn’t find the pumice stone very useful, again, due to the location. It is in front of the heating element and support bar, so there is little to no room to use it. The rollers are just OK. Again, this is my first foot spa, so I’m not sure how loud others are. This one seems loud. The bubbles, for me, aren’t strong enough to make it worth the loud noise the spa makes when they’re on. All in all, I think this foot spa is fine for my purposes. If I were to get another one, I would get one with a drain at the bottom and handle to make emptying it easier. I would also get one with a longer cord.

Nicer than I expected
It may well be that I simply don't have much experience with these things or anything related to foot care/pedicures in general, but this thing is pretty great. The water movement and automatic heating is nice and having motorized massagers is definitely a win. It's easy to set up and great to use with only a few minor caveats.First, and this may just be my preference, the basin is narrow and requires you to keep your knees close together (like damn near touching) in order to make sure your feet are flat on the massagers. This may not sound like a big deal but I know I don't normally sit like that so I ended up getting a belt to keep my legs close without having to consciously put effort into it. It wasn't terrible, but a wider basin would make this a non-issue.Second, the remote is great but you have to have it right next to the basin for it to work. I mean RIGHT next to it. Holding it above my waist meant that the remote wouldn't register. I had to put my hand all the way down by my legs to get it to work.Third, they should have the temperature display on the top, outside of the water. Once the bubbles are going and definitely if you use any sort of Epsom salt, you can't see what that display says at the bottom of the basin.Lastly, they need a drain or something to ensure that the water completely drains out of the basin. Obviously with the pump cycling the water through the heater, some water remains in the lines and I can only imagine that this will eventually lead to mold and mildew over time. A drain on the bottom would really aid in getting as much water out as possible.Overall, a great product that I'm happy to have.
