Instant morning relief!

This works every time but it has me writhing on the floor from cramps/gas every time I take it, definitely not a “gentle” solution for some people. If you take two/three expect to be awoken in the middle of the night to go, but it’s better than taking one and having to deal with it later in the morning when you may be trying to do things.

It comes out smooth!

I used these as part of my colonoscopy prep. They worked great.
