I run a TC Helicon that is 12v and a boss sy1 that is 9v with this cable for about 3 years now. No problem.

Q: It didnt work on my evh flanger using 2 9v battery connect why ,?

I'd contact Truetone why risk ruining the EVH pedal?

It will work on the Joyo pedals but I am not sure about the Digitech. As long as it is a 9 volt it will power it.
