Perfect if you don't want to mess with using a punchdown tool
These are slick little couplers. I just wish they were slightly less expensive but you're definitely paying for the convenience of using them.

Works
I ended up with a piece of network cable that was too short for a keystone. I used one of these instead, and it worked fine. It just seems to me that it was stupidly expensive for what it is.

It worked and saves you time and that is worth it
I had to wire up a cat 5/6 in the past so its a bit time consuming and you need the tools to get the job done,if your looking to extend your internet cable go ahead and get this item. You could even get a plate and box and attach to the wall (FANCY) and the best part I needed this and no more Radio Snack. Amazon got this little thing out to me before I could blink an eye. Get it this it worked and problem solved easy. Keep out of reach of kids and pets. I would buy the wall bracket and mount it like i did see.
