Not glass
Great light, just not a fan of the plastic panels. Thought they would be glass.

Light shines through shades and blinds you
Good quality light. Pretty easy to assemble for someone who's good with their hands. Doesn't feel cheap. Love the vintage look of it and it covers an 8 foot table pretty good. But the light shines so bright through the shades it blinds you while playing. Maybe I need to buy dimmer bulbs or adjustable brightness bulbs? Might cut some plexi glass to fit and glue it on the inside of the shades. Just to dim down the light shooting out at you. All the light is supposed to go straight to the table not out the sides of the shades blinding whoever is shooting. Pretty disappointed for a $250 pool light. Looks are important but at the end of the day it's about functionality. And this light doesn't do what it's supposed to.
