I almost can’t believe it but I used to lose handfuls of hair when I brushed and showered and now it’s minimal! I bet these vitamins are improving my health in other ways also but improvement in hair loss is the most obvious sign at the moment. Great vitamins!

I've been taking Centrum Silver Women's Multivitamin for a while now and it has been a solid addition to my daily routine. The blend of Vitamin D3, B Vitamins, and other essential nutrients has definitely helped in supporting my overall health, memory, and cognition. I also appreciate that it's made with non-GMO ingredients.The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is because the pills are a bit large, making them somewhat difficult to swallow. However, the health benefits certainly outweigh this minor inconvenience.

I bought this for my mother and mother in law. They loved the taste, smell and effectiveness of it. They said that they are easy to swallow due to the size. Also this product has a lot of vitamin content. This is my second time buying it for them.

I have used this vitamin for years. I think it has generally protected me from deficiency. Interesting note, read an article that a good vitamin can help get you through lean times whan food is scarce. Tablet is not extremely large. I have no trouble swallowing. No odor or taste.
