I received one bottle of "Vitex Berry - Chasteberry Capsules". There are 180 capsules in this bottle.The capsules are easy to swallow & have no taste or scent.These capsules are only 10mg each and the serving size (according to this bottle) is just 1 capsule a day.That's a really small amount (in my opinion) & is really not enough to do anything in my experience.Chasteberry is known for helping with women's hormone related issues . . . pms, infertility, menopause, irregular periods & even heavy prolonged periods.I've taken Chasteberry capsules in the past for my heavy prolonged periods. A period that had me changing tampons & pads every hour & lasted 6-8 months long at a time. It was miserable.The Chasteberry capsules I took at that time were 400mg each and I took 3 a day. They eventually helped with my issue.Depending on what information you are looking up on Chasteberry dosage at even the lower end is 20 mg taken 1 to 3 times a day. At the higher end it's 1800mg, which is the maximum recommended daily dose.These capsules at 10mg are so miniscule I don't see how they could help unless you take numerous capsules per day.There are way better product choices out there with much higher doses for the same exact price.
