Q: It broke and flooded the place. Why cant the manufacturer reinforce the thin rubber hole that breaks from the weight of the water?

Don't overfill the bag. It holds two liters of water at the maximum. You only need two cups of liquid for an enema. The weight of two cups of water should not be enough to tear through the hole you put the hook through.

Q: Is the rubber reservoir safe to use as an enema bag after putting boiling water in twice when used as a hot water bottle?

I don’t see any reason why not. This bag is very supple and good quality. It’s supposed to be used both ways so I’d assume it’s fine to do so.

Q: What is the best way to disinfect the hose?

I wash it the outside of it with anti bacterial liquid hand soap and rinse thoroughly and up without kinking the hose with valve open and let dry
