MCS Frame for Puzzles, Black, 20 x 27 in or smaller

This frame was so easy to assemble because directions were very easy to understand. The fit was perfect for my puzzle and it looks awesome hanging in front entryway.

Frame is made very sturdy-measurements are spot on-& instructions were perfectly clear. The frame really complimented our puzzle!

I wanted a frame where I could display my puzzles without having to glue them together, this works great. The backing holds the puzzle in tightly. Only thing is I probably should’ve ordered one size larger , it’s fine for most 1000 piece puzzles except one brand that has larger pieces. I had to remove the bottom couple rows on that one to make it fit. Still looks beautiful, debating on ordering a larger frame as well

This 24x30 puzzle frame worked perfectly for my needs. It does seem a little less durable than other frames, but it will work just fine for my needs. Puzzle fit perfect and did not need trimmed down.

The first one had a small crack in the plexiglass … I submitted a report and in one day had a replacement with no need to return the broken one. Excellent customer service!

I loved how it was built and was almost done fitting in the puzzle, when I realized - it is quarter of an inch short. 19.25x14.25 instead of a standard puzzle size 19.5x14.25.I can not rate the product low, as it is a good quality product. Just lack of attention on my part and trickery of the Amazon search. Be mindful of the product size! Other than that - it is a good frame.

The size is true to measurement. It looks great and was easy to put the puzzle into. The plastic does a great job at protecting the puzzle, and still shows what it looks like. It’s also very functional and would definitely recommend.

The first thing I noticed is how heavy and sturdy the frame is. It isn't just cheap and flimsy. It arrived already put together. I was glad to see the box was to be opened on the end, rather than across the face of the frame, because I would've been afraid of scratching the plexiglass with a cutting tool. The frame has a sheet of plexiglass, a black/white heavy paper for use as a border if the puzzle is under the full frame size.I was excited to get my puzzle framed and on the wall, but when I removed the outer plastic that it was sealed in, I was disappointed to find that a line I had seen was actually a big deep scratch in the plexiglass. It looks like it was the top sheet in a box and someone ran a cutter along the box scoring the top sheet. It's very visible even with the colors of the puzzle to mask it.My next disappointment was when the grand moment came to lay my puzzle in the frame. It didn't fit. The item description says, "MCS Frame for Puzzles, Black, 24 x 30 in or smaller." The box of my puzzle (White Mountain, so it is good quality) says it's 24 x 30. I should have just bought a frame from them. Theirs is more expensive, but they sell theirs for their puzzles, so I assume it would fit, or they'd not have such a good name in the puzzle industry.I do quite a few puzzles, and could make use of this frame for another, if only the plastic wasn't scratched. Such a disappointment, but such is the nature of online shopping.UPDATE: I did end up putting a smaller puzzle in this frame, even using the scratched plexiglass sheet. I just didn't want to go to all the trouble of shipping it back, and that seemed to be the only option with this company. If only they would just replace the scratched plexiglass with a new sheet, I'd be completely satisfied.
