Women always have to be aware of their urinary and vaginal health and sometimes two things can go wrong at the same time causing an issue that needs to be solved. I've had urinary tract issues for years now and have managed them but not completely eliminated them. Then suddenly I was having other issues too.This arrived the day after I ordered it and I tried it for the next two nights. After inserting the gel it did burn slightly but I went right to bed and when I woke up at 4 am it was much milder. Then I went back to bed and felt nothing the next day around 10 am. So I would say the slight burning sensation is not extreme and is very bearable especially since you sleep through most of it.On night two I repeated the instructions and went to bed again. Next day I was feeling so much better. Now today everything is fresh and clean! The only thing I noticed was the pear scent is fairly strong but it goes away by the third day. Wrapping up the applicator in a plastic bag and tossing it out in the trash is a good idea so the scent isn't in your bathroom garbage. I did leave the house the days after the nights I used this no problem. Mostly you can just catch a whiff of the pear scent when peeing. Otherwise it isn't too bad.Would I use this again? Definitely I'm going to get another box to keep on hand. It only took two nights to work and that is not much to worry about! I liked the fast, super effective gel and the healing results. I'm thinking my vaginal health issue was probably causing a reinfection of my bladder. That seems better now too and I took UT-Fem to clear out my bladder so maybe solving two problems at the same time.So don't fear the burn. It really isn't that bad and you'll be asleep most of the time! I am going to try other products by this company, especially the urinary flush! I am writing this review almost 2 weeks after application is something to keep in mind :) This product worked so good it got me ready to act up iykyk lol.. did somebody say hot girl summer in a few months? 🤣If you are the type individual who likes to power through quick pain when you know there's a better outcome.. this is for us!!But maybe I am lucky it seems based off other reviews. Personally I did not feel ANY burn other than for the first few moments after applying the product. The smell though..... Not for the faint hearted. Now I know many reviews talk about the smell but nobody has seemed to describe it. It is difficult to describe. Reminds me a bit of a nail salon but not a good one. Chemically smell gone wrong. If you just wear thick sweatpants though, apply before bed and sleep with a thick blanket too. It won't be any worry until it's time to clean the goods or use the bathroom lol. Save it for a weekend at home if you could. Idk if it ruins underwear because I decided to just take the easy cozy route and threw on a diaper like I usually wear for my monthly.First night I applied before bed, diaper, changed in morning, midday, then shower before bed, reapplied then repeat. It was only 2 days so 2 applications. Immediately take them out to the trash if you do that. Chemically smell down there whew it was gone after like the 4th day. Washed with Cerave baby soap. After 1 week.. I am a changed woman. 2 weeks still no issues. Was going to wait a full month to write my review but unfortunately monthly visited me today though.Nose gives it 5 stars and so did my partner. It's like nothing has ever happened to my poor kitty after using this product. Odor WHO??? Girls.. idk her anymore after using this product. Thank you to this product. Worked too dang good my monthly had to humble me. Def get this if you're having issuuuesss. I'm so glad I did stopped hesitating.

So I purchased this as a step to take before a Dr appt but I was not prepared for the smell and burn. I have a very high pain tolerance and the burn was like I spread my legs and squatted over an open flame for 5-10 mins then it was manageable. The smell is also very strong like an intense nail glue I almost thought my product was bad or something. So those 2 things aside my symptoms were so much better just after the first dose and gone with the second dose. Just be prepared for the burn and smell lol

I just got the product a few days ago and began using it last night. Fortunately for myself, I didn't experience the burn or horrific smell that some women have experienced. I only experienced a mild tingle at the beginning of application. I would urge each woman to listen to her body and know if you're already really sensitive, this may not be for you.I on the other hand actually found the scent to be rather pleasant, it's like a sweet menthol scent unlike anything I've smelt before. However, I used a panty liner so it was unnoticeable.I cannot update you on the efficacy yet, as my cycle just started after use. I will use the rest of the tube as directed for the second night. Hopefully, the product is still effective.

Easy to use, quick and effective. If you've ever used a tampon, it's exactly like that. You fill the tube, insert and press in, just like a tampon. I never experienced discomfort, had almost immediate relief and was free and clear after two doses. I do recommend wearing a liner for a few days...the meds will come back out.

It works but my gosh it smells so bad! Make sure you wear clothes you’re okay with throwing out because even after washing my pjs on hot the smell still lingers and it’s far from pleasant. But it truly works faster than any BV treatment I’ve tried. It burns uncomfortably thr first night and the second night isn’t as bad. Truly a 2 night treatment though and you’ll feel and smell so much better once you’re done.Just please wear clothes to bed you’re okay throwing out.
