Sounds good at highway speeds, always connects to my phone when turned on, easy to use after watching the instruction video/reading the manual.Product still works great after 6 months, I’ve probably only charged it 4 times since then and it still lasts just as long as it did out of the box.Recently, one of the mounting fixtures I used came apart and needed replaced. After getting in contact with customer service, they replaced the part and shipped it to me free of charge. Customer service alone would be enough for me to purchase again if needed.

I ordered this for a friend of mine and for myself,AS we ride a lot.Its speaker quality is amazing!And the quality of the product it-self durable and water proof!Easy to use with a sporty design,And its rechargeable, With a good battery life,I would drive atleast 2 hours daily and wont need to charge it until a good 3 - 4 days later.It was not expensive, especially when you buy the set of 2.

First off their customer service is 1st class. They perform well just as there headset. I have had this product for 2 months and it works great. I did have some trouble with the mic but like I said their customer service team was able to help me get it going again. Looking forward to buying a new model from them if they have one on the way.

This is an edit to my review. I'm changing my review from one star to three stars because after posting my initial review, Moman messaged me and offered a refund or to exchange for a new pair of headsets. I will give them credit because I was past the 30 day return window. I asked for a refund and instructions for a return. They said to keep the headsets as their technical group is working on a set of new instructions. If they send me new instructions and the headsets are then functional, I will update my review again.Poor quality. Do not buy, they will not pair up in Bluetooth intercom mode. Product support is worthless. I would love to return the headsets but I'm past the 30 day return window. I wasn't able to attempt to set these up until recently. After multiple attempts, the headsets will not pair with each other. I contacted Moman support and explained the headsets would not pair with each other. Their response was "refer to the manual". I explained I followed the manual. They sent me an "updated" manual which was not any different than the manual included with the product. I asked them for detailed instructions or a video on how to pair the headsets but again they sent me a copy of the instructions and paraphrased the instructions in their message. They also said I should verify the firmware versions were the same. They did not provide instructions and the manual does not explain, how to determine or even find the firmware version. They suggested I do a factory reset. The instruction manual said to hold down the power button for seven seconds. When you do this, it puts the headset into universal pairing mode! I was able to pair a Moman headset to my Sena 30k headset by this method. I found this information on an internet search. The instructions in the manual for pairing to a third party headset does not work. In the actual universal pairing mode, the headset was blinking red and blue lights which is not mentioned anywhere in their instructions. After three detailed messages to them about what procedures and troubleshooting I had done, my last message to them I stated my patience had run out and I expected either the correct instructions on how to pair the units or I wanted to exchange my headsets for a verified working set. Their response was to send me another QR code linking to the instructions, the same instructions they gave me before.If anyone has successfully paired their headsets into intercom mode, please post the method you used to accomplish it.

Worked for maybe a half dozen rides then just died. Working one minute. Next minute dead and right before a long off-road ride. Won’t turn on won’t charge. Tried to contact manufacturer. No response. Yeah they’re affordable but not if you have to buy a new set every year.

Excellent quality, good finishes, the product matches the listing. It also arrived well packaged and earlier than expected.It has excellent sound for both the headphones and the microphone.

We upgraded helmets and I thought we upgrade the comm units also. I did not want to drop the coin for the Cardo units we have and I read a few reviews and took a chance. Wow, these units are clear and have much less road noise than the Pac Talks we have been using and at speeds that might be above the posted speed limit. Installation was easy and the instructions surprisingly good. The only knock I would give them is the switching between voice, bluetooth music, and phone is not completely automatic. But either headset can reconnect the voice by pushing the button on top.
