Not to my taste
Not good in tea and coffee, but would have been fine in a Cake.Do not like the taste but again, might have been hidden in a cake.Ended up throwing it away because I'm not a baker and I went back to using the sugar caddy for sugar cane or xylitol.

great stuff and one of the better prices on Amazon. organic coconut sugar was on the shelves at Lidl for 99p for 500g ...yet another stock item unavailable at both of my local stores.....so amazon next stop! great fast postage and nice product. great seller.

Fine consistency
This is amazing coconut sugar. We are Paleo and so cant eat white sugar. This is fine and not to thick or lumpy. Perfect for baking.
