Lite Bite Portion Control Cutlery (3 Pc Set) 18/10 Stainless Steel. Training Aid for Slower Eating

They are tiny, even looking undersized beside a 19cm tea plate. However, they are really good at reducing the size of forkfuls and do slow down eating, which is what they are meant to do. The quality of the cutlery is also very nice, good weight in the hands & highly polished.

This is really small bariatric cutlery.I have tiny kids hands (8 year old size, boys) and they fitted perfectly. Normal sized hands will struggle.Unfortunately the knife had a deep scratch, i had to send it back.

The small knife, fork and spoon more than matched my expectations. I was search for a way to slow down my eating and control my portions and these fit the bill perfectly.Using this cutlery felt like I was using grown up cutlery of a very good quality but taking much smaller mouthfuls. I filled up quicker! I can usually eat a yoghurt in about 6 mouthfuls - see pictures - Using the Litebite spoon it took 20 mouthfuls! The fork is brilliant too, no more shovelling and only about half the size of a normal fork. I found I was eating smaller amounts and enjoying my food more. They’d work for slimmers and people watching their weight too. Highly recommended.

Love these as they are the perfect size and help me with eating smaller bites now I don't have a stomach. Need to purchase a few more sets for spares/to use. Highly recommend for anyone who's had bariatric surgery or any kind of conditions which requires you to eat smaller portions/ take smaller bites.

Wanted to give it a 5 star rating but can't.Well made and very durable and appealing to the eye.Functionality of the 'heads' totally fit for purpose , with the knife as good if not better than standard.I would give it five starsHOWEVER - it loses one star for being targeted at adults but not being long enough in the handle to make the cutlery easy or comfortable for adult hands !!Adult-quality, and soooo close to perfection.... a real shame

While this cutlery is very well made the comical size of the entire apparatus is ridiculous. If the length of the handles were 'normal' size I would have kept them, but entirety of these are literally child sized.

Great size, perfect for what I needed after surgery. Wash well in dishwasher.Just think there expensive

Excellent for my partner who is going for baractric surgery and has to slow down eating and portion control. Very sturdy and easy to use. Would highly recommend
