I was able to test by charging another device that monitors total watts of inbound charging, and it is indeed a 30 watt charger. I was able to get it for cheap and the quality is nice.

This tiny charging brick puts out 35 Watts. Very fast charging phone, iPad, even MacBook Pro (so long as the computer is asleep or shut down). It's hardly larger than the charger that came with my early iPhone (1W, this is 35!). The plug folds making it great for packing when I travel. I love it!
