Q: Can you change the nozzle setting?

I assume you are asking this question because you want to regulate the volume of DE that you want to apply. Since this applicator is primarily for this purpose and DE is a very fine powder, the nozzle is pre-sized for this use. The only volume control is the pump itself. If you push the handle a little, less comes out. Push it with more vigor...you get the idea... The most important factor is to keep the DE and the applicator as dry as possible when not in use; otherwise the powder will clump and it will not dispense well.
