Pros:-easy to install-good pressure-good options for the pattern-water saving-easy to rinse the shower off while cleaning-easier for less mobile persons to clean themselves independentlyCons:-no color options besides silver-the handle could be more ergonomic-hard water=hard to clean nozzle heads-sometimes hard to adjust when in the holderOverall, this was a solid purchase and I am happy with it! I think all showers ought to have a mandatory removable head with good water pressure. Water pik lives up to their quality and I have multiple of these shower heads that I've been very happy with.

Our shower has excellent water pressure & unrestricted flow, so YMMV.Nice selection of patterns & forces. The most forceful 2 settings, one spray & the other massage, are very aggressive, probably more than you'd want to use on your face or ears. Other settings restrict flow to conserve hot water.This item looks like it's made out of metal, but is pleasantly light weight. Selector lever clicks from setting to setting with smooth motion & well defined detents. Highly satisfied & would repeat.It's brand new, but doesn't feel fragile, we'll see how it goes!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:We have used this brand several times. This model is also excellent. Just one thing to keep in mind, there's an extra function that allows water to shoot out the top for some reason, possibly for cleaning your tub? We don't need this function and It hasn't been on the other ones. Surprised us the first time but hasn't been a problem at all. This is a very good quality, very affordable shower head with a nice long hose. Recommend

Starting with the bad:- The hose holds on too tightly to the bracket when seated (the rubber rings)- The bracket is a pain to adjust the angle on and screams when doing so- The entire thing is too tight/stiff and apparently breaks easily (see pictures)- The water limiter is too severe, giving hardly any water at the most openThe good:- The head provides amazing pressure when used with a flexible limiter (or no limiter at all)The mid:- There's no "mist" settingOverall it evens out to a 3/5. The shower head itself is easily a 4.5/5 (lack of mist knocks it down), so it's worth the purchase if you are JUST getting it for the head. I already had hoses and brackets available to use with it and that worked out for me, but do NOT get this if you plan on using the bracket and hose it comes with.

So easy to install, that a 72-year-old lady (me) was able to do it by herself! You'll need some plumbers tape. If it leaks, then you didn't put enough plumbers tape on it. I also put the plumbers tape on the hose connection. You'll need to make sure that the part that pivots and moves up and down is also tightened before installation. That's the part where you can adjust the shower head up or down or from side to side. Hand tighten only!Massager is perfect for aching muscles. I replaced my previous shower head because it said it had a pulsing massager but it was anything but. It had a weak like my water pressure wasn't strong enough, but this new water pick shower head is totally different. Same water pressure but this waterpik shower head makes it seem like my water pressure went from 2lbs to 10lbs of force. My water pressure has not changed but with this new shower head it seems like someone opened the water valve to full blast like a fire hose! You won't be sorry if you purchase this item simply because I said it was the best! I also bought this product because it was made by waterpik, and you can't go wrong. It's a trustworthy name brand!
