I love Overnight Oats as a way to make sure I get some protein and carbs on the days that I'm rushing out the door. It takes maybe 2 minutes to prep (just because I like to really make sure it's shaken well), and it's ready and waiting in the morning. Definitely make sure you get the shaker with your first order, it's so easy to drink from, closes securely, and eliminates the need for a measuring cup.This is also one of the few products that I don't notice the monk fruit taste in, if that's something you're also sensitive about!

This is awful! I purposely ordered from Amazon because it's the only way to get the smallest amount. I did this because I was worried it wouldn't taste good. IT DOESN'T. It was not drinkable at all. It was very thick and super sweet. Not good. If you're into super sweet then go for it. Otherwise, don't do it. I've reach out to the company, but alas, have gotten no response. So, they get a corresponding review instead.

To be honest, many of the Oats Overnight flavors disappointed me, but I was delightfully surprised when I tasted Cinnamon Roll. So yummy. It instantly became one of my two favorites along with Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. FYI, I make this with 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk and 1/4 cup lowfat plain kefir.

Nice flavor. East prep. Good amount of protein for my morning!
