Works well , I made 5 pounds of ice that I keep in a bag freezer and when I use some I turn on the ice maker a replace. To really get the ice hard enough to not melt when it touches liquid you have to freeze it after the ice is made but only for about 10 minutes. It makes a basket of ice which is a half a pound of ice in like 30 minutes

Great product! my only complaint is the bag. It’s thin and burst from being stuck to the freezer wall. Glad freezer bag to the rescue 🤗

Fast, efficient, sleek ice maker works great! Can be tucked away when not in use. There’s a drain at the bottom to empty the water in the bottom which makes it handy when ready to store the device. It begins making ice in about 5-10 minutes. I’m happy with my purchase and the seller delivered promptly as expected.

I purchased this icemaker last August along with the Asurion 2-year protection plan.The unit worked perfectly for a while and subsequently stopped producing ice.The “add water” light remains on although the unit is completely full.I contacted product support at Amazon and was advised to clean the unit, rinse it then try to run it again.This I did twice with no improvement.I contacted Asurion since I have a warranty and was told to contact the manufacturer instead.After a number of emails back-and-forth from the manufacturer, I’ve still received no acceptable response nor remedy to the problem.Each has referred me back to the other, so the runaround continues. Won’t give up.BUYER BEWARE!!!🤨🤨🤨4/30/25 UPDATEAmazon intervened finally and my money was refunded.
