However, my experience with this product has been nothing short of disappointing. I feel compelled to share my real and everyday user experience to warn others about the drawbacks I encountered.First and foremost, the noise level of this air conditioner is unbearable. Using it during the day for hours on end, trying to cool my living room, was a futile exercise. Not only did it fail to effectively cool the space, but the noise it emitted made it impossible to concentrate or relax. Moreover, running it at night became a nightmare for me and my unfortunate neighbors. The constant humming and rattling prevented me from getting a good night's sleep, and it was even worse for households with babies.Moving the air conditioner from the living room to my bedroom, which has a flat floor, resulted in a frustrating incident. To my dismay, the unit leaked, leaving me with a messy and potentially damaging situation. Additionally, I noticed that occasionally water droplets were thrown out when the air was blown into the device, making me question its quality and reliability.Despite its hefty price tag, the cooling power of this air conditioner does not live up to its claims. The unit proved to be insufficiently strong, failing to provide the refreshing coolness I had anticipated. Coupled with its noisy operation, it was a regrettable investment. Furthermore, the promised mobile app connectivity was a complete letdown. The wifi button simply did not work, leaving me unable to access the app's features for remote control and convenience.In conclusion, the 18000BTU Portable Air Conditioner fell short of my expectations in various aspects. It was excessively noisy, failed to cool effectively, and had a range of quality issues. The broken wifi button prevented me from accessing the mobile app, rendering its smart features useless. For the price I paid, I expected a higher level of performance and functionality. I would strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider their options and seek an air conditioner that offers better cooling performance, quieter operation, and reliable features.

It did not blow cool air from the very 1st turn on. The manufacturer can't be trace. Its supplier Costway provided very poor customer service. It was very poorly assembled. Even the manufacturer of the compressor representative in EU said it is not one they do in the EU.Only leaves one frustrated

Arrived damaged, so didn’t blow any colder. The ‘WiFi button’ a previous review commented on however isnt actually a button, just a display to show if it’s connected. If it worked it probably would have been a good unit, but can’t comment on how effective. Seller wouldn’t resend, but did give refund
