Hot Flashes..
I had a total hysterectomy last year and have been getting hot flashes mainly at night. I started taking this for a couple weeks, so far not helping the hot flashes at night. I will continue to take them for longer to see if they will kick in.

It takes awhile for the body to adjust to this, but wheit does it helps.Every body is different and I'd say give it time before giving up.

Happy to say it is helping for now. Probably after a few months it will stop as with everything else I try for hot flashes, but I’ll take what I can get, ….or I’ll burst into flames. Whichever comes first.

Horrible smell and taste
I am not sure if this product works as described or not. It has such a horrible smell and taste that I could not stomach taking more than one pill. I ended up trying another brand in a gummy form that was much more palatable.
