Received defective product
The vacuum cleaner does not turn on and does not work even after charging it, indicating that the device is not being charged. This is disappointing because I did not expect something like this from Amazon.

Waste of money
I purchased this product in India, as I was using this in US for a long time (5-6 years) and did not see issues with the services or the product quality.My experience with Dyson is that the product experience is the same but at the cost, we think its quality is bad.I bought the product 2 years back and in this period the soft roller brush got spoiled since it was in warranty they sent my a replacement, and now it's been 14 months, and that its again got spoiled and this time the plastic parts just cracked.Last month, I spent 6K to get a batter replaced now they are expecting me to pay 3.4K for the brush.we paid 50K for this vacuum and it does not last even 3-4 years its really shame, I think the support staff needs to do a better job in understanding the customer and his frustration with the product.
