Below is a full review of the Renew Life CleanseSMART product, its contents, its directions, its warnings, and my personal experience with it.KIT CONTENTS: The package consists of two bottles of herbal capsules: a Morning Formula (CleanseSMART #1) and an Evening Formula (CleanseSMART #2). Each bottle contains 60 capsules.DIRECTIONS: The kit is designed for continuous daily use for roughly a month-long cleanse. For the first 3 days of the cleanse, take one (1) capsule of CleanseSMART #1 in the morning and one (1) capsule of CleanseSMART #2 in the evening. After 3 days, increase to two (2) morning capsules and two (2) evening capsules. Do not use if you have or develop abdominal pain, diarrhea, or loose stools.= - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - = - =MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE: The CleanseSMART program made a 100% unmistakeable difference in my digestive elimination pattern; not only during the cleanse program but also months after. Prior to doing the cleanse, by bowel movement (BM) frequency was very, very slow. It was normal for me to have one (very large) BM every 2-3 days, on average. A dietician & health guru informed me that this was incredibly unhealthy and that the optimal elimination frequency is one BM per meal. That much pooping was unheard of for me.I decided to try CleanseSMART based on a friend's recommendation. I followed the directions faithfully and did not find the dietary recommendations to be difficult at all. I took fiber, omega 3 fatty acids, and probiotics as recommended. The results were remarkable. My bowel movement frequency increased noticeably by the third day. Instead of one BM every 48-72 hours, I was having one BM every 8-12 hours. In other words, a poop after every meal, on average. The most BMs I experienced during the cleanse was 4 in one day. The BMs should be solid consistency with a clean wipe -- we are not talking about diarrhea here.More importantly, the positive effects of the cleanse have continued well after I took the final capsules. I am writing this 3 months later and I am maintaining a schedule of 1 or 2 BMs per day, which is comfortable and healthy for me; it is a vast improvement from my sluggish schedule before the cleanse. I have to say I feel better to be operating on a regular schedule, not carrying around days' worth of waste inside me.I must warn you: the flatulence I experienced during the cleanse was incredible. It was a gas FAR more potent than anything I have ever released. I am talking about nostril-burning, eye-watering farts from hell. And a lot of them. The farts kicked into high gear on the third day of the cleanse and didn't taper off until maybe 2 months after I completed the program. This is attributed to the ongoing detoxification of your organs, and the release of stored bacteria. The colon becomes a battleground of various bacteria, and the result is an audible wind-turbine of room-clearing flatulence. Eventually the bowels find a balance of healthy bacteria and the gas production returns to normal. To combat the smelly fart-storm, I experimented with a few supplements known assist with flatulence production and smell: liquid dietary chlorophyll, fennel capsules, activated charcoal capsules, and of course daily probiotics.All in all, I found the cleanse to be very effective and rewarding. My intention is to go through a kidney cleanse, liver cleanse, parasite cleanse, and eventually do another colon cleanse. I would recommend this product.

I was guilty of drinking and eating bad foods entirely too much these past months and wanted a jumpstart on eating/feeling healthy again. I’ve taken other cleanses before in the past years that worked ok but usually after the first few days in, I did not notice much or any effects.RenewLife 30-day on the other hand, is consistently effective but not aggressive at all. I’ve taken this cleanse with and without food, neither have turned my stomach in any way. Becoming regular is one major benefit, eliminating waste 1-3 times daily. The feeling of sluggish, bloated discomfort is gone and my skin/complexion is more clear and radiant. Also, the process of the 30-day cleanse gave me will to mentally focus on better choices (no alcohol, less caffeine, no fried or sugary foods – lots of water and mostly salads). Those who may read this and think perhaps it was my “better choices” that helped, but being that I’ve lived these better choices without a cleanse, I can clearly feel how the cleanse has aided in a speedy momentum to a healthier me. So bottom line, you must consider an all-around change (if you aren’t already) to reap full benefits of this (or any) full body cleanse.Perhaps someone with excellent lifestyle habits may not feel the benefits as obliviously as I have, but be assured it works! It is a small investment for a better feeling you!

I have tried several different cleanse products in the past and most of them were just too harsh. This cleanse, however, has proven to be the perfect one for me. You just take 2 capsules in the am, and 2 at night, and the product works effectively and gently for the 30 days as promised. I had great success on this, and even recommended to friends who tried it and they loved it as well. It is a great way to get your body back on track, and you can feel the results from day 1 that include more energy and an overall healthier feeling.

I read the reviews carefully before trying this because I’ve never done this before. For the most part this cleanse is pretty gentle. I did have initial bloating but not much and I am regular but I would say I am having more movements on this cleanse. I have about another week to go. I don’t feel any difference in mood or energy though. Hopefully it is riding me if toxins. I do love this company’s probiotics so I hope that these work as well.

This is a great, simple, easy to implement ( I kept the pills beside my bed a a bottomless cup of water or iced tea) and it was effective. I have celiac and constipation is a constant challenge. I plan to use this again and again to help me stay on track. I love that it is more gentle than the fast acting cleanses so along with an improved diet, I was actually re-programming my digestive system with the help of this product and am still experiencing positive results post cleanse. I did not experience any negative side effects.

I bought this product because I've used it semi-regularly in the past and have always achieved great results. However, that is not the case this time around. I guess I should've read the ingredients list to make sure everything was still in there but I didn't (my bad) So I started the cleanse the day I rcvd it and have experienced zero results. Very disappointed
