its 1500mah battery and not 4000 mah!!
weed cutter is running 15 mins only per battery. battery pack says 4000mah. but inside when checked it contains 1500mah 5 cells of 3.7v in series. its not 4000mah but 1500mah. this is cheating. attached pics show inside of battery pack.please refund my money or send 4000mah battery pack

It is a 21v not 48v gives only 20min Backup
Received with damage safety glass and Worst battery backup also labeled with 48v. Operation lock switch is not working. Low quality plastic casing.Totally the seller is trying to cheat with the label it is 21v

No Instructions, No User Manual
The package contained a photo copy of one sheet saying safety instruction manual! There is hardly any instruction. It doesn't say how to assemble the components. The pictures are all smudged.It is very disappointing that the package didn't contain a user manual or assembly instructions. I think it is mandatory to include detailed instructions for an electric equipment like this. The absence of it is a violation and invitation to safety hazards and danger.Amazon must ensure the seller follows the right business practice.Dear Amazon and the seller, please arrange to provide a clear and complete instructions for assembly, usage and safety guidelines. Else, I will return the machine.
