Not for adults
Very poor design. Not easy to use like others, have to mold it several times. Doesn't fit teeth well at all. Waste of money for me as not fit for purpose. Adjusting is difficult and stupid as hard to get it even. It's designed to push your lower jaw forward to keep airway clear but this is bad as can miss align your teeth. Can't comment further as didn't use it as intended. I definitely don't recommend this product.

Snoring Aid
Absolutely brilliant, photo shows my snoring without using the snoring aid where as photo 2, shows the vast difference the snoring aid does give your partner.The shield has to fit properly to your mouth so spent time warming it in hot water first, cool it down after a couple of minutes and fit to your mouth. Ensure you bite hard into the rubber to make sure your denture mould is formed. When you do come to use it, it will fit snug inside your mouth..

I am guessing it worked coz my husband told me that he's not heard any snoring. Only down side to it is a bit of salivating at times...

The device comes apart
This device comes in two parts that should stay rigidly connected when being used but I woke up several times with the device no longer in my mouth and it had come apart. I have used similar devices before and they did the job as expected but this one does not work as it should. It is possible that I received a faulty item.

bad for teeth
If there are better ones that are comfy and work i would really like to knowfirst up I nearly cracked my teeth putting hot mould in my mouththen the mould resets out of shapeseems to adjust itself as you sleepNot initially impressed but will give it time and edit review

trying to adjust this device to my mount must have been the worst experience in my life
following the instructions to the letter it just wouldn't work. had a similar devise some time ago which was a lot easier to mold. this is not working.

Not the best fit
Very large, easy to mould so could see it being very good just unfortunately doesn't fit me.
