Great Value Pack; Drill Bits will work in a pinch for a small number of holes.
This is a great kit for the cost. Anchors and screws both seem to do the job and were properly sized. The drill bits are not really worth writing home about -- they will do in a pinch, but I struggled enough with them that I just used my own masonry bits to get the job done without too much smoke or waste of time.

Missing 1 drill bit.
I got mostly what I ordered. Lots of cement screws and anchors in a plastic case with dividers. It came with only 1 drill bit though. I'd buy it again.
