I had to play with it untill I figured out how to program it. The instructions were wrong.

Had to buy this adapter separately to get dial tone when connecting to cable modem. Cord is pretty short on adapter which limits placement. Really adapter should come with phone as part of package purchase. Reviewed phone separately -- would check out other manufacturers, but hard to find easy phones for seniors with memory issues.

Great idea- broke after first month
Purchased for my Mom thinking the photo buttons would make her life easier. Sadly, they stopped working after one month which makes life for someone with Alzheimer’s much more frustrating. So disappointing & of course, the 30 day window for returning barely passed after it broke.
