Great product
Love this filter. I have only had to charge it twice in 6 months. Easy to use, water tastes great, compact, great price. Great as its wireless so you can use it anywhere. Filters are a bit expensive but water quality is worth it

Really happy with this water filter
The media could not be loaded. I really recommend this water filter with its large container and easy access to filtered water, comes with one filter and a usbc cable and cleaning sponge on a stick.Very convenient and the water tastes much better

This is what water is supposed to taste like!
Fantastic product! The water tastes better than my Brita ever did, it sits well in the fridge and its easy to refill and charge. Getting a glass of cold water is no longer a difficult thing to do and the touch buttons on top of the unit make sure you can regulate just how much you water you want, depending on, of course, how big your bottle. Do not regret this purchase at all, in the long run, and health wise, it’s infinitely better than Brita.

Great addition to our kitchen
I would give this 5 stars but water bottles need to be tilted slightly to go under the water outlet. Easy fix as we have stood it on a small chopping board to raise it and works a treat and means the grandkids can use it easily.Having had a water jug for years I like that the filter doesn’t sit in the water so with the extra capacity the water remains fresh

Works well, good battery life, easy to keep clean.
I've had this 3 months now and it works well. I've only had to charge the battery once since first setting it up, and use it every day. It's been really helpful in making sure I drink enough water when working without having to get up to refill a glass and filter jug every half hour. I wash it about once per week and it doesn't get slimy on the inside (like my cat's water fountain does); definitely worth the money!I also recently had a query about a status light and found support to be really helpful - thank you Harper 🙂

Good filter, questionable design.
The water filter does its job well – there’s a clear difference in taste between the unfiltered tap water and the filtered water.I like the fact that it doesn’t pre-filter the water like many other models, so you don’t end up with filtered water sitting around and potentially building up bacteria before you drink it.However, the built-in pump is quite slow, and it takes a moment to pour a glass. The battery life is impressive, though, lasting for months before needing a charge. While it’s very attractive and perfectly sized for the fridge door, I do have some gripes with the design. The bottom of the filter tank has a strange double opening where the filter and pump sit, and sometimes water escapes from here, leaving a small puddle. It hasn’t bothered me much, but it’s something worth noting. The top of the pump unit has a sticker with instructions, and I’ve noticed a buildup of what looks like mold around it. I’ve scrubbed it clean, but I’m sure it will happen again as long as the sticker is there. The worst design decision, in my opinion, is the capacitive touch button on the top. While it’s theoretically simple (one touch to wake up, a second to start the pump, and a third to stop), I find myself having to demonstrate and explain it to guests every time. Additionally, if the button surface is wet, it can trigger itself. I think a physical button would have been a much better choice and would have saved us the extra steps. The filters last a long time, but I noticed that my second filter wore out about twice as fast as the first. I’m not sure if this is just a coincidence, but I’m keeping an eye on it.All in all, the filter works well, but it certainly has its quirks that you need to be aware of.

Impressive Product and Even Better Customer Service!
The media could not be loaded. I purchased the Waterdrop Compact Instant Electric Water Filter Jug for my fridge, and while I’ve been very happy with the product itself—compact, efficient, and easy to use—what truly impressed me was the exceptional customer service ❤️.I had a few questions about the jug and decided to reach out. To my surprise, I received a helpful and detailed response even though it was outside of regular office hours. Their team especially to Krystal went above and beyond to assist me promptly and professionally, which made me feel valued as a customer. This experience has given me even more confidence in the brand, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Waterdrop to anyone looking for a high-quality water filter jug with top-notch support.
