What can I say does exactly what it say easy swallow very effective

This is probably one of the most ineffective supplements I have ever taken.My diet is really good - lots of fruit, veg, pulses and whole meal grains, etc, but I still suffer from a sluggish ‘waste disposal system’!!As I wanted to keep things moving whilst I dropped a few pounds I took these exactly as per the product advice - and, well…… nothing happened!I’ve followed a really healthy diet and exercise program with this product for 6 weeks to give it fair time and every chance (!!) - but it did nothing for my sluggish system and I had to resort to aloe pure laxatives a few times.Before this, I’d tried glucomannan with some success, but this detox & cleanse supplement was nowhere near as useful despite it having multiple ingredients that theoretically should have worked.This week I switched over to psyllium husk (with probiotic) and OMG what a game changer - it’s made things so much easier.Don’t waste your money on these!

I was expecting a lot more as I have tried better, this just gave me bellyache with no positive affects. I'll stick with innocleanse.

I bought a similar product some months ago and it was fantastic, I was going to the loo at least once a day, but couldn't find them to buy them again, so opted for these. I have been taking these for 12 days now and I have been to the loo ONCE. I'm not even joking. I have a problem with my bowels and can't go very often so need supplements to help and unfortunately, these just don't work. At all.
