It's become my go-to for on-the-go shoots, effortlessly packing this light into my bag alongside my other camera gear.What immediately drew me to the CX100 is its perfect balance of power and portability. Despite its compact size, it packs a punch with its 100-watt output, ensuring that even in the most challenging shooting conditions, I'm never left in the dark. And with the ability to get a solid hour of battery life at 50%, I can tackle multiple setups without constantly worrying about recharging.Ease of use is another highlight for me. With just a short tap followed by a hold, I can have the light up and running in seconds.For interview scenarios and corporate work, the CX100 truly shines. Its true-to-life colors and adjustable color temperature make it a breeze to set up flattering lighting that enhances the professionalism of any setting.I can already envision myself carrying a kit of three of these lights on future shoots. Not only are they incredibly light, but their compact size means I can easily manoeuvre them into tight spaces or mount them on a variety of setups without adding unnecessary bulk.

This video light has a compact, sleek design and can provide professional-level lighting.After trying it out, I discovered it to be a useful tool for a variety of shooting situations. Its bi-colour feature, which ranges from warm 2700K to cool 6500K, enabled me to easily adapt to different environments, ensuring that my subjects appeared natural and vibrant.One notable feature is its impressive colour rendering capabilities, which accurately reproduce colours. This was reflected in the richness and depth of the colours in my photographs and videos.Furthermore, the brightness control feature comes in handy for precise adjustment, whether I require subtle fill light or powerful illumination.Built-in fans are also a thoughtful addition, as they effectively prevent overheating during extended use. I just don't like how they make noise while working.Overall, while the built-in fans can be a minor distraction in quiet shooting environments, this video light is truly impressive, from its features and build to its performance.

I was very impressed with this light. When it arrived I charged it up fully. It ran for a full 33 minutes on full 100-watt power. After a recharge, it ran for 1 hour and 30 minutes on 20-watt power and still had 2 bars of power left, approx 50%. The beauty of this light is that the internal fan is silent. This is a great feature if you intend to mount it on a video camera close to a microphone. Another great feature is that this light can be backed up using a power bank, giving you more portability. The unit is compact and looks good. The only downside is that the wattage and color temperature controls are big round knobs. It would have been better if these settings could have been made electronically.

Firstly great light, amazing results and totally worth getting, 4 stars for that, not 5, because zhiyun, include a protective cover the led , come on, how much would mass produced cost you, cents…and include it as the standard.

This is a gorgeous lamp!I am a news reporter. Working outside the studio means: fighting sun positions and constantly worrying about lighting. This little lamp, gives me a chance to report in locations I wasn’t able to work with 60W. Battery live is short / but I can re-charge it with usb-c, which is a game changer! And I really appreciate profesional help, when got some troubles with it, which were quickly solved.

I chose this light after deliberating between it and some cheaper competitors, and also compared to the more expensive version without a rechargeable battery. For my circumstances it does the job. My main concern was about not being able to replace the rechargeable battery, but I reckoned that the convenience outweighed the potential disadvantages, and if it became a problem I would deal with it then. So far so good. It’s also knowing that the correct optional Zhiyun accessories (softbox and Bowen mount adapter) will definitely fit properly. So far, so good.

It features a built-in fan that automatically activates as the light warms up. The included dome diffuser softens the light and distributes it evenly. It's rechargeable with a good battery capacity, making it ideal for traveling. The 100W output is truly impressive for such a compact, rechargeable device. Overall, it's a great value for money.
