OK. Short paragraphs listing many ways to keep a healthy brain, such as excercise, do math in your head, don't drink too much, take vitamins, sleep, etc. Many are iffy, such as eating specific foods and minerlals, and there seems little that will substantially boost your brain power.

Interesting book - one item listed per page so you can read at your leisure
MANY great ideas for keeping your brain strong. Doing activities using both hemispheres is important (learning a musical instrument for example). I only read one page a day then go back and re-read previous pages to see if I have integrated any of the recommended activities into my daily life. This isn't a book for a one time read.

Okay. Not good for vegans in some chapters.
Mostly short paragraphs. Some are very useful. I can feel the same thing when the author mentions the effects of noises. I hate noises. But the thing I don’t like about this book is that the author promotes eating chicken meanwhile there are many vegans in my family. No!!! The other things are okay.

Great book - reads like a book of poems for healthy brain. How ever reading poetry was not specifically mentioned.
