Subject: Strong Disappointment with Logitech Receiver Compatibility & Lack of TransparencyDear Logitech Support,I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I’ve had using your wireless products — specifically the M185 mouse and K220 keyboard (from the MK220 combo).After losing the USB receiver, I spent several days researching and even purchased a new Logitech M185 mouse with a USB Nano receiver — assuming it would work with my existing keyboard, since they originally worked together. To my shock and frustration, I’ve learned that Logitech’s non-Unifying receivers are permanently locked to their original devices and cannot be re-paired, even when the devices are the same model.Nowhere on the packaging, website, or product documentation was this limitation made clear. It is completely unreasonable to expect customers to discard fully functional hardware just because of a lost or damaged dongle. I ultimately had to throw away a working mouse and keyboard — a terrible experience both financially and environmentally.This situation reflects extremely poor product design and a lack of customer-first thinking. At the very least, there should be:Clear labeling of non-Unifying vs. Unifying products.Easy access to compatible replacement receivers.A software solution to allow re-pairing of devices to new receivers.Until Logitech addresses these issues, I will no longer purchase or recommend your products, and I will actively warn others about these limitations.Sincerely,Riswan Babu

Pairs instantly, when usb dongle is plugged in.It offers great response.Click noise can be heard, but not untolerable.Scroll wheel is silent.Works best with a mouse pad , have seen some issues with smooth/glossy surfaces.Mouse is a bit small, but fits perfectly.

Failed within three months of purchase. Scroll and double click issues. No one from logitech support responds to email nor they pickup the call.DONOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
