There are a lot of them. Love the taste. So far, I've added them to a homemade pizza, made Black Garlic butter for the freezer and will be adding a few to my Lamb Stew recipe. Unfortunately, they must be used within a month, checked for mold and spoilage. Guess I should have ordered a smaller container. I have frozen the remaining cloves hoping that they can maintain their flavor

I honestly thought my mom was crazy when she said black garlic will keep you from getting sick. I have been taking black garlic for the last 2 years, and I've only been sick twice, and both times were when I quit taking black garlic because I thought it was a fluke. The taste isn't bad, but my fiancé won't kiss me after I eat one. It's worth it.

i warm up olive oil while i break a piece of this black garlic in the pan. I place my vegetables on top and slow cook. I notice a blackening of the oil as the vegetables slow cook. I place my Meat on top after the vegetable's have almost finished. Today was grass fed beef. I will sometimes put eggs on top of the veg's. wild caught salmon, organic chicken breast. This is a keto way of eating meal. I have looked up the health benefits of Black Garlic and they are great. I used to cut up raw garlic but like this way of getting my garlic more. Tastes better too.

I eat this daily for health reasons right out of the jar. Main issue is that it tastes so good that you have a hard time only eating two.

Taste great i love great toppers for anything really...like a tuna/chicken sandwich. Will buy again, wish it was in a bigger container LOL.

I had to get used to the feel and texture of them in my mouth and also the flavor. I don't get any odd feelings in my stomach, so I guess it's just me thinking too much. Garlic is supposed to be good for me and I guess anyone who can consume it. I would say that it's a choice per individual on whether they want to try it. They do leave a garlicky taste in my mouth, though; but a good brushing helps that out.
