Trash product, did not do what id described, and they charged me twice after I sent it back. Now they sayen I didn't sent it back how when I have USPS receipt. Jeff Baz u need to cut the fraude in your company. Stop charging people without permission!!!

Delivered as expected. Unit is not exactly what I was looking for. It will not connect to my home PC, but I think it's ,more my PC than the recorder. It connects perfectly to my laptop. After several attempts to connect to several PC's I have, this unit will not connect. Just to my laptop. So I doubt it's just a PC issue. It still records voice. I just can't upload to my PC.

Clear recording and great playback small enough to slip in pocket of purse or back pocket without noticing it there. Great value easy to use.

I liked that it works and its rechargeable. Sound quality is poor and you need headphones because the speaker isn't loud. Make sure to change settings so it doesn't shut off, it gets annoying the having to turn it on then press record. Being in a class, I missed multiple notes because I was trying to power it on.
