I am struggling to find any difference with these, I haven't been using them for long however I had another brand of Hormone Balancing jellies previous to these (that ran out of stock) and I could feel the improvement from the first week. Willing to give these until the month is out then see if they are worth buying again. Such a shame as they are decently priced and taste nice.

It’s very hard with so many variables in life but coincidental or not my extremely short cycles stopped when I started taking this one and the PMT one
