EASY TO ATTACH & USE

This Keyboard cover for the 2024 HP Envy 2-in-1 from MUBUY-GOL is a perfect fit for the new Envy 16-ad0023dx we recently purchased for my husband. He plans to use the laptop for work. He works in a manufacturing type environment. His office is located in the fabrication warehouse and it's very open. I thought it might be a good idea to give the keyboard some sort of protection from all the fine metal shavings, dust, paint and the inevitable liquid spill. This cover fit like a glove. It looks thick enough to not crack or tear with repeated use while staying flexible. The keys work fine and respond just as well as they do uncovered. I spent a lot of time setting the laptop up and it was barely noticeable. The cover exactly in the keyboard space. There is no overlap on the case. I would imagine that liquid could seep underneath it and into the case if he gets a drenching spill. Honestly though, unless I entirely wrap the machine in plastic wrap or something there isn't much we can do about that. At least it will keep most of the liquid out. If they only made water tight full coverage Otter Boxes for laptops! Only then would it be truly husband proof. ;-)

Laptops, more so than desktops, are exposed to food and drinks just because we use them where we also eat and drink. This simple silicone cover will protect your keyboard (the most vulnerable part of your laptop) and keep things from getting inside the computer and shorting things out. The very first day after I installed this cover, I spilled coffee on the laptop and it went... nowhere. Lifted off the cover, washed it and put it back on.Make sure it will fit your EXACT keyboard. Close does not count in this circumstance.I recommend it.
