Breathing through you nose is research to improve sleep quality, allowing you to wakeup around 15-30% more energized.I used mouth tape for the past 30 days, however peeling it off in the morning as well as monthly recurring charges would get annoying.This mouth gaurd is actually perfect, its comfortable, forces you to nose breathe. I can even use it if I am wearing a retainer!Im not sure about the jawline aspect because that is not researched, but i only purchased this product in order to quit mouth breathing.

What a great product. When I opened the package and saw 2 small rubberish mouth pieces, I honestly thought I'd been scammed. However, I tried it and the next morning I had no dry mouth. It was clear that I wasn't mouth breathing.It took 2 or 3 days to get used to having it in my mouth at night, and now I don't even notice it. I've also been told that I no longer snore nor awaken gasping for air. Totally recommend this product!

I regret wasting my money on these because they are non-refundable. They don't work! I woke up in the middle of the night snoring, and the mouth piece was still in place. Don't make the same mistake i made, and do yourself a favor... don't buy them.

I am a chronic snorer and wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered the MEW X AIR kit, I simply wanted to sleep better/longer and not disturb my partners sleep, and I must admit it was a little uncomfortable at first but I quickly got used it its fit. Greace your lips lightly to avoid dryness, once guard is in push your tongue against the roof of your mouth to create a suction which holds the guard secure/in place so it wont fall out.Every body is different some people sleep with their mouths open, others with it closed. My experience may not be yours. I understand that it trains you to breath properly and so I'm also using it in the days when I'm home and I'm genuinely impressed. It actually relaxes my breathing so I don't snore as heavy and I love that it's reusable, easy to clean and helps with mental focus. I highly recommend.

I've been working on nose breathing for a while. Nighttime is when it gets harder to control. Especially with seasonal allergies. I did take the string out as soon as I got this, because I wasn't comfortable with a string around my neck like that while I was sleeping. I was nervous it wasn't going to fit correctly, because there is a male in the picture and I am a female. It ended up not being too big, but the piece you place your teeth on was too thick for my mouth. It felt like I was biting down on the piece. The morning after I first used this my upper lip was a little dry, but I still had it in my mouth correctly after a full night sleep. The next night my upper lip was less dry, and my mouth got used to wearing it.This product definitely works, but the piece that was between my teeth was too thick and that is why I rated it 3/5 stars.

Does just what it says!It's not too intrusive, it's just enough to keep my teeth from grinding and keep me breathing through my nose! It has a day time mouth piece if you wish to get used to having it in your mouth and/or to keep you nose breathing through the day!The sleep time mouthpiece has strings that go around your neck so you can't swallow the piece while sleeping.It does just what it says!
