I’d been seeing these gummies all over social media, so I thought I’d give them a try. They taste great! They are a little chewy/sticky; they tend to stick to my teeth a bit. As far as how they work, I don’t know if it’s a placebo effect, but I feel like they’ve helped with pH levels.

It did work as far as eliminating odor. As far as the rest it claims to do, I didn’t notice any changes. I would use it again.
