These are good but they now smell again. Let me explain:My first order smelled like barnyard. They really stunk. My second order's pills were wrapped in a clear coating whose smell was subdued. (Yeah!). However, my third order has no coating and the barnyard has returned. The vitamins seem great exept for the smell.

I'm a fan of Life Extension in general. They tend to be a bit more on The cutting Edge of science as far as formulations and which variety of nutrients work and absorb best. This formula has everything I'm looking for in a multivitamin and mineral formula for men. It doesn't have iron which is good, because men (and postmenopausal women) tend to get too much iron in their body, since the only way to get rid of it is by bleeding.The formula has Mega doses of most of the contained nutrients if you take two capsules a day as recommended. That's overkill for me, because I have a good and healthy plant-based diet. So I just take one pill two or three times a week as an insurance policy just in case I'm missing some micronutrients. Doing this, one bottle lasts me for a few months.You can get them directly from the company but you have to order a lot more to get free shipping so it works out better to buy them from Amazon for smaller orders.
