It works.
It's not a perfect fit on the deck of my JD 125, but it's sufficient. In a couple places there's a small gap that grass gets through but they quickly clog and so the grass can't get through anyway.

Works ok, not as secure as I would like
The cover mostly serves its purpose - keeping grass in to allow the mulching blades to do their thing. But it is not a tight fit that stays in perfect place. I find that the cover tends to slip upwards and allows some grass cuttings to get under and out filling up the space at the bottom of the deck where the cover should sit. This creates a space allowing oven more grass to come out and evade the mulching process. It is possible that it is just a design flaw from John Deere, but is is still frustrating. I don't see any other way to secure the cover, so I'll just keep stopping periodically to reset the cover.
